The University of Western Australia (UWA)’s node of the International Centre for Radio Astronomy together with the Department of Physics are pleased to invite you to a half a day introductory session to the Master of Physics (Astronomy and Astrophysics) 2024.

This session is open to all undergraduate (domestic AND international) students interested in enrolling into the Master. It will provide key information on the course-work structure, enrolment as well as research projects available. This is a unique opportunity for students to meet teaching and research staff, ask questions, discuss research opportunities and have their first interaction with potential thesis supervisors.

The session will run on Friday September 8th, 2023 from 10 am AWST.

Participation can be either in person (recommended for students in Perth) or remote (via video link).

10:00 – Welcome and introduction to Astronomy and Astrophysics at UWALuca Cortese
