Sidewalk Astronomy

We’re busting out the telescopes and hitting the streets of Perth for some sidewalk astronomy!
Come on down to Perth Cultural Centre for a look through our 10-inch Dobsonians – we’ll be checking out everything from the moon, to the planets of our solar system, to some distant star clusters throughout our galaxy.
We’ll also have real astronomers with us to talk about what we’re looking at and answer all your space questions.
We’ll set up just before sunset and start observing as soon as it’s dark enough. Keep an eye out for our telescopes and our glowing red ICRAR banners, and follow us on social media for notifications and last-minute updates.
