On Wednesday afternoon we will be organising a Captain Cook River Cruise to take in the sights of Perth (details below). The cost of the cruise will be $35. If you would like to attend please contact a member of the LOC by 29th of September.

Note: The easiest way to reach the cruise start point is by bus. This will take ~30min, as such we will need to leave ICRAR at 1:30pm sharp. As such, lunch on Wednesday for people attending the cruise will only last 30min.  The bus stop location is indicated on the map embedded on the main conference page and is a short (~2min) walk from ICRAR. Bus tickets can either purchased via a Smart Rider card (useful if you intend to use the bus multiple times while you are in Perth – see here) or directly on the bus with cash (note that bus drivers do get quite irritated if you do not have close to the correct change! – see here for fares). Unfortunately you can not pay by credit/debit card on the bus. We will arrange a guide group to take people to the cruise start location that will leave ICRAR at 1:30pm.
