Tobias Westmeier is a Senior Research Fellow at the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) at the University of Western Australia in Perth. His research interests include the study of neutral hydrogen gas in the Milky Way and other galaxies with the aim to understand its role in the structure and evolution of galaxies in different environments. He is also interested in techniques for the automated detection and parameterisation of galaxies in radio-astronomical surveys.
