I am a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Chris Power and Dr. Aaron Ludlow. I use numerical simulations of the universe to study how halos and galaxies form and evolve. In particular, I use algorithms to redefine halos in terms of their dynamics—separating out the bound, orbiting matter from matter that is falling in for the first time—which I use to reveal new links between cosmic growth and the galaxies and clusters we observe.
I am a member of the Three Hundred Collaboration, an international effort to better understand galaxy cluster physics using a suite of 324 simulated clusters.
