Mr Andrew Burton

My work for ICRAR involves supporting successful collaborative partnerships with industry by acting as an interface between technical and commercial domains, and between academia and industry. This includes identifying opportunities for industry engagement, assisting with grants and other funding applications, managing active engagements, and in general lowering the barriers to successful collaboration for our researchers. I have experience both as an electronics and communications engineer, working on digital signal processing sub-systems for acoustic modems, and as a senior manager working for a big four professional services company.
