Deep panoramic surveys of Andromeda have yielded a wealth of dwarf galaxies. In this talk I will report on the Pan-Andromeda Archaeological Survey (PAndAS) and present our recent discoveries of the dwarf galaxy population, showing how a new approach to determining the distance has revealed the full 3D distribution of the population. As a potential probe of cosmology, I conclude with a mulling of what this distribution actually tells us.
