Graham McHarrie

Mr Graham McHarrie has a depth of experience in advising boards and management on financial reporting and audit, compliance requirements, transaction due diligence, risk assessment and corporate governance.

Mr McHarrie was a partner of Deloitte to 2011 and has over 35 years experience.  He specialised in external audit, assurance and financial advisory services to public companies, multinationals, significant private groups and not-for-profit organisations.  He held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, working in Perth, Brisbane, New Jersey and New York and was a member of the Deloitte Australia Board of Partners.

Mr McHarrie is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and an AICD Company Directors Course Diploma.

Mr McHarrie chairs ICRAR’s Finance and Audit Committee.
